"Stayed for the soul night tribute in May. I’ve visited this hotel countless times over the years and myself and my husband got married here. You can’t fault the service at all. For £39 each to watch the act, stay over and a three course meal with breakfast in the morning is amazing value. I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels and had a poor service.

Zara, Carmen and the rest of the staff can’t do enough for you. I’m back again for Tina Turner tribute this week, 80s weekender in August and hopefully over Christmas. Keep up the good work everyone. I think it’s amazing.!!"

Stayed here with my husband for my birthday this weekend, and I have to say the hotel was above and beyond our expectations, service was 5 star, food 4 star, the hotel was better than when we stayed at another Blackpool hotel! This is an excellent 3 star hotel, definitely going back

What a really great hotel. Really clean, modern as in the photos. All the staff were very friendly and polite including those you don’t normally see. When we arrived at about 6pm trying to park some staff were outside (at the rear) having breaks and were also helping us park up and advising us, couldn’t have been more helpful. When we went to check in we were asked if we would like to book in for the cabaret dinner that evening. It only cost us £10 for a 3 course meal and entertainment and the food was 5*

"I stayed at the hotel for the first time on Friday 23 March for the Rod Stewart Tribute Night and hopefully it will be the start of many more to come, it was a 5 star experience from start to finish.

The 3 course meal prior to the start of the show was delicious and had a good choice of dishes for hopefully all tastes, all the staff I encountered were lovely & friendly, helpful and hard working; the waiting staff on at night were bright eyed and bushy tailed the next morning at breakfast. The single room I occupied was spacious, including the en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, and very comfortable indeed and to cap it off the all you can eat buffet breakfast the next morning ticked all the boxes, with again plenty of choice for everyone and unlimited top ups of tea and coffee to ensure everyone was awake and ready for their day ahead.

I stayed for the second time with my daughter to see the illuminations. I can't fault the hotel, it is so clean, rooms are very modern and the food is outstanding. The management and the staff are so friendly and obliging. They made us feel very welcome. There is even a kids club which was most unexpected and Nicci made by daughter feel very at home.

The Carousel is a lovely hotel, very clean. Been to Blackpool a few times but this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. It is in a quiet position and trams run every 10mins. There is free wi- fi and there was entertainment

We stayed a couple of nights in the Carousel a few days ago. We often travel up to Blackpool for both family and business purposes usually staying in either the Premier Inn or the Travel lodge in St Annes both were fully booked so we booked the Carousel. We were not expecting too much but to be fair to the hotel, management and its staff it was a very pleasant stay. It was clean the staff were excellent and the value for money was superb. I give it five stars not because it’s a match in quality and service to the Dorchester or Claridge’s in London but against its competition in the area and the amount we paid per night. It is a hotel that deserves its ranking on this site.

Just back from a five night stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast and great staff. Perfect for kids as out of the main area. Just a few minutes tram to get to the main attractions. Well recommended and good value.

I was at this hotel with another support worker and 2 service users, the hotel was great and the staff were very good with the service users that we were supporting.
The breakfast was great as it was a buffet and had plenty of different options. On two nights we had dinner which was excellent, with plenty on your plate. The bar was good we played bingo every night. The hotel was clean and the cleaners came to the room daily with fresh towels daily. Would recommend as the rooms are large and there is a lift to every level.

I cannot recommend this hotel (but mainly the staff) enough, lovely and clean room and the staff were the most loveliest & friendly people especially the girls on reception and the operations managers... I accidentally left my kindle and a few other bits in my room and it was nearly a week later when I realised I sent an email and had an instant response offering to post the items back to me, I did offer to pay the postage but they were happy to cover the cost for me.. Hotel is also at the quieter end so ideal for family's that don't want to be near all the nightlife.. Definite 5 star customer service.

We went there for one night so we could visit Blackpool. The hotel itself was lovely and situated near the pleasure beach and the sea which was a great location. Room was lovely and bed was so comfy. They had breakfast in the morning too so we had something to eat there which was nice. Would easily recommended.

Just enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Carousel!! Hotel clean and tidy and very well appointed!! Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful!
We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the staff were superb, attentive and amiable! Carousel is ideal for the Pleasure Beach and for travelling to town or Fleetwood the tram stops opposite the hotel. Excellent bar and variety lounge with Peroni on draught ( a winner in my book!! )

The hotel had a refurbishment a number of years ago but the décor and appearance would appear to have been recently, the hotel is excellently maintained to a high standard. Lovely oak wood work with clean light paintwork. The meals were excellent, with a good choice, well prepared and served by very pleasant staff.
Probably one of the cleanest and most pleasant hotels that we have used in Blackpool and we attend a reunion every year in Blackpool.

"We hope to stay again. The hotel is clean and bright with excellent facilities for a reasonable price. The staff are wonderfully friendly, helpful and efficient. Dining is very good and the rooms are comfortable. We loved the location right on the front towards the end of the promenade, so peaceful, but within seconds of a tram stop to take you to the centre of all the activity if you preferred not to stroll along the front. "Having stayed in many Blackpool Hotels over the years. I must say I found Carousel Hotel one of the best, suited for the family it offers a great deal, entertainment for all ages, The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped for tea and coffee making. The hotel is ideally located away from the noise and bissell, but with in reach of all that Blackpool has to offer. The staff were outstanding, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.
I can and do recommend this hotel. "

My 8 year old daughter and I stayed at the Carousel last Thursday and we had a really enjoyable time in Blackpool. We arrived just after lunch and managed to park straight outside, for free which was very convenient. On entering reception, it was clear the Carousel was a clean well organised hotel with plenty of staff on hand.

Our room was ready and the reception lady was very polite and helpful. Although our room was on the 3rd floor, it was easy excisable via the lift, and we had no problems at all. I think there's around 100 rooms, so we noticed a few corridors, but they were all clean and tidy, with adequate signage for the room numbers.

Our room was a very good size twin, with ample of storage, a dressing table, walk-in wardrobe with in own safe for valuables to be kept in, a tv, kettle, blinds and blackout curtains.... The windows actually opened to! A big on suite bathroom with an amazing hot power shower, we did love this room lol. The room was very tidy, clean and we both had a full nights sleep.
